PDNHK - Disability Inclusive Employment: Are We Future Ready? (9 Apr 2025)

Our PDNHK event was a panel discussion, centred around the theme "Disability Inclusive Employment: Are We Future Ready?". Our panellists discussed some pressing matters around the topic, including the need for employers to set an example of what disability inclusion looks like, which can have a trickle-down effect on the organisational culture. Accessibility and accommodations in the workplace were also addressed, and it was concluded that reasonable adjustments can and should always be made, where possible, to allow individuals to thrive in their role. Thank you to each of our speakers and attendees, and our current PDNHK members, who joined us for this riveting panel discussion.
